Menopause is a natural biological process marking the end of a woman's menstrual cycles, typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55. It is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period.

 

How can menopause affect work performance?
Menopause symptoms can lead to difficulties with attendance, concentration, and overall job performance. Some women may experience increased anxiety or fatigue, which can impact their ability to work effectively.

 

What support is available at PKAVS for employees experiencing menopause?
PKAVS is committed to providing a supportive work environment, as reflected in our new Menopause Policy. Employees are encouraged to discuss their needs with their managers or the HR Team.
