Statutory and Mandatory Training

Through Bob's Business, we are able to provide PKAVS Statutory and mandatory training courses. Statutory training refers to the training that is required by law or legislation. Certain individuals or organisations must complete this training to comply with legal requirements. On the other hand, mandatory training refers to the training that is required by an organisation or employer as a policy or standard practice.

We provide statutory and mandatory training with our training partner, Bob’s Business. The platform is a unique learning experience taught through animated videos and interactive tasks. 

What this means for you:

• You will be taking part in monthly statutory and mandatory training that is relevant to us.

• There will be a new learning topic each month that you need to complete.

• If you have just joined us recently, our HR team will speak you through the online platform.
