IT Support

If you need any help with IT, don't hesitate to get in touch with our IT provider, Illuminate.

The quickest way to get support, either logging a ticket or chatting to our engineers, or to check progress on current tickets, is through the support panel. You will see the green IT box in your System Tray (beside the clock on the bottom right hand side of your screen).

If you'd prefer to email, you can raise a ticket by emailing helpdesk@illuminate-it.co.uk.

You can also call them between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm on 0131-603-5500. If you need help urgently, make sure you call rather than use any of the other methods.

  • Issues logging on/accessing your equipment

  • Problems with sending/receiving emails

  • Difficulties accessing SharePoint

  • Problems with printing

  • Difficulties accessing the internet

  • Issues with Microsoft Teams

  • Problems making/receiving phone calls
