Wellbeing & Support

At PKAVS, we are committed to supporting your health and wellbeing. If you are struggling at any time, don't hesitate to speak to your line manager or our HR department who will do all that they can to support you in the workplace and address any issues that may be affecting your health and wellbeing.

As part of our support, we offer 24/7 access to an employee assistance programme, PAM-Assist, which offers one-to-one support calls answered by a qualified counsellor; face-to-face, telephone or e-counselling sessions; specialist legal and debt support; wellbeing training and workshops, and much more.

We are committed to providing flexible working arrangements to suit your role and personal circumstance, speak to your line manager to find out more and to discuss possible arrangements.

Throughout your employment, you will meet with your line manager regularly to discuss your role, opportunities for professional development, and have the opportunity to talk about any challenges you might be experiencing, both as part of your role and in your life in general. However, you shouldn't wait for these meetings if you need support, don't hesitate to speak to your line manager or our HR team if you need to talk about things.
