Employee Assistance Programme

As part of our health and wellbeing benefits we provide an Employee Assistance Programme provided by Pam-Assist.

If you are experiencing any stress, emotional difficulties, personal crisis, relationship issues, financial concerns, or concerns in any other areas of your life please consider making use of this confidential programme of support which is offered free of charge on a 24/7 basis to all PKAVS employees.

The support resources are based on talking and interaction between you and a qualified counsellor, or can be utilised through the Pam-Assist Wellbeing App when downloaded to your mobile phone.

The support consists of:

  • One-off support calls answered by a qualified counsellor

  • Face to face, telephone, or E-counselling (via a secure virtual platform)

  • 6 sessions of structured counselling with a qualified counsellor

  • Specialist legal and debt support

  • Online and app-based wellbeing tools and resources

  • Wellbeing training and workshops

  • Critical incident/trauma response support – this will be agreed with managers and HR as required

You can register for the Employee Assistance Programme on the website by confirming the organisation code: pkavs and then registering and verifying your account with your PKAVS email address. You can then download the app to your phone and sign in with your email address and password.
