Life after caring – endings and new beginnings

Here's a new digital resource from the Carers Centre, showcasing the breadth of support available for unpaid carers and demonstrating how PKAVS ensures people have what they need once their caring role has ended.

Following on from carer feedback, we recently added a new page to the Carers Centre website to provide information to carers on life after caring.  The page gives information on practical matters, emotional supports available for adults and young people, bereavement services and opportunities to move forward after their caring role has ended.
