Recently, the TSI team have become aware of a free email course from Third Sector Human Rights & Equalities t hat would be useful to those who want to know more about the usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the workplace. The course can be found by clicking here . A link has also been added to the Other Learning Opportunities page on the Intranet (this is located under the Learning and Development tab at the top of every page).

Illuminate encourages you to complete their NPS survey which was sent out on December 8th. This can be found in your email inbox by searching 'smileback'. Only around 20% of staff have completed this survey so far and they need a higher level of feedback. Comments are encouraged but not mandatory, please answer truthfully so they know what they're getting right or wrong.

This is a reminder that our pay date will be one week early in December, on Friday the 19th! To shorten the gap between December and January's pay, January's pay day will also be brought forward. This will be Friday 23rd of January 2026. Pay dates will return to the normal schedule in February.
