As part of the PKAVS Learning Calendar and our ongoing efforts to create a learning culture, I’m happy to share the following learning opportunities with you, delivered by Perth College and fully funded by the Tay Cities SME Fund.
Assertiveness training: This workshop is aimed those who would benefit from being more assertive in the workplace. Delegates will examine the differences between passive, assertive and aggressive behaviour and learn how to demonstrate techniques of assertive behaviour. Delegates will also be able to recognise how to communicate assertively and list the main steps to assertiveness.
Date: Tuesday, 2nd of December
Time: from 1 pm until 3.30 pm, online.
Managing conflict: This training session examines managing conflict in the workplace by looking at the main causes of conflict, understanding different behaviours of others and implementing strategies to address these.
Date: Thursday, 11 December
Time: from 1 pm until 3.30 pm, online.
