New Trustees on the PKAVS Board

I’m happy to let you know that two new Trustees have recently joined the PKAVS Board. Stephanie O’Donell, who is coming from a strong HR background as a Workforce Planning Manager at SSE and Simon Mair, who is currently working for the Scottish Government. They will be formally appointed on our next AGM this autumn.

We have created a new SharePoint site for Trustees, which contains all the information they need in one place, including:

• Information about PKAVS and our services,

• Board Induction Materials,

• Trustee responsibilities,

• A brand-new Trustee Handbook,

• Training available for Board members,

• Previous board meeting notes,

• Upcoming board meetings and other events.

New Trustees will now go through an induction process led by the HR team. Along with the new SharePoint site, we hope this will be a great first step toward building an engaged and connected Board!

We would like to also share that Nioma Robertson has stepped down from her role as a Board member. We are grateful for her contributions and she will be truly missed.
