Neonatal Care now included in our Maternity Policy

We’re pleased to share that our Maternity Policy has been updated to include dedicated neonatal care leave, in line with new legislation effective from 6 April 2025.

This change supports parents whose babies require neonatal care after birth, offering additional paid leave during what can be a challenging time. It reflects our continued commitment to supporting families when they need it most!
