Planning for success with the help of external consultants

Last week, our senior management team was joined by MSc Risk Management student James Duffy of Glasgow Caledonian University and an external consultant from WSP.

We appreciate their expertise and look forward to working collaboratively as a team and alongside our board to ensure the resilience of PKAVS. Our next step will be to create a scenario plan that allows us to maintain business continuity under different circumstances.
